Go for a walk

Go for a walk, if it is not too dark.

Get some fresh air, try to smile.

Say something kind

To a safe-looking stranger, if one happens by.

Always exercise your heart’s knowing.

You might as well attempt something real

Along this path:

Take your spouse or lover into your arms

The way you did when you first met.

Let tenderness pour from your eyes

The way the Sun gazes warmly on the earth.

Play a game with some children.

Extend yourself to a friend.

Sing a few ribald songs to your pets and plants –

Why not let them get drunk and wild!

Let’s toast

Every rung we’ve climbed on Evolution’s ladder.

Whisper, “I love you! I love you!”

To the whole mad world.

Let’s stop reading about God –

We will never understand Him.

Jump to your feet, wave your fists,

Threaten and warn the whole Universe

That your heart can no longer live

Without real love!

Flow of life

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes.

Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow.

Let reality be reality.

Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”

You are that

silence-4

You personify God’s message.
You reflect the King’s face.

There is nothing in the universe that you are not

Everything you want, look for it within yourself-
you are that.

Gratitude Bath

Good and God’s morning …..

this morning while walk in the nearby garden , Moon is still there and little dark ….but after some time there comes a time when light and darkness is in equilibrium

It is regarded that prayers made at this time reach directly to the God. Early Morning Shloka (Sloka) is given here which also serves as the first prayer of the day to the almighty.

कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मिः करमध्ये सरस्वति ।
करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ॥
Karaagre Vasate Lakssmih Karamadhye Sarasvati |
Karamuule Tu Govindah Prabhaate Karadarshanam ||

Meaning:
The front part of the hands (the finger tips) is credited to Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth….

The middle part or palm is credited to Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of learning……

and the root (the part of hand near the wrist) to Govinda or divine God …

So, every morning, one should have a reverent look at one’s hand which represents sincere labor or worship of work ….

what exactly one do is rub both hands lightly and then with both palms cover both eyes ….. rubbing 2 or 3 times the hands …. the effect it has inside is equilibrium between objective brain and subjective brain …..

and this equilibrium of horizontal dimension of time which is linear between past and future and vertical dimension of timelessness brings us to a dimension of now or present which we can feel but can not put into words ….

to feel this presence without words is true meditation and art of seeing the beauty of divine …..

seeing the first ray of sunlight and as sun comes on the horizon ….our whole family will fold our hands in gratitude to Sun God …..so almost 30 years ago my elder son asked me ….. father does you think Sun is God ?…..

I replied …..God or no God does not matter …..who ever do good to you is God ….. so for me Sun is God ……. Earth is God ….. every atom is God ….you are God …..your mother is God …

with this sincere prayer for earth …

Samudravasane Devi Parvatastanamandale,
Vishhnupatni Namastubhyam Paadasparsham Kshamasva Me

I bow to Mother Earth, who has mountains and jungles on her body and whose clothing is made by the ocean. The wife of Lord Vishnu, please pardon me for touching you with my feet.

what a way to have a Gratitude Bath …Wisdom of scientific and spiritual way of  living civilization …. I call it Sanatana Dharma ……. the Law Of Eternal Zero

with love and gratitude to everything and to all my divine friends and world family …

love all…

True Faith

NOT one is filled with madness like to mine
In all the taverns! my soiled robe lies here,
There my neglected book, both pledged for wine.
With dust my heart is thick, that should be clear,
A glass to mirror forth the Great King’s face;
One ray of light from out Thy dwelling-place
To pierce my night, oh God! and draw me near.

From out mine eyes unto my garment’s hem
A river flows; perchance my cypress-tree
Beside that stream may rear her lofty stem,
Watering her roots with tears. Ah, bring to me
The wine vessel! since my Love’s cheek is hid,
A flood of grief comes from my heart unbid,
And turns mine eyes into a bitter sea!

Nay, by the hand that sells me wine, I vow
No more the brimming cup shall touch my lips,
Until my mistress with her radiant brow
Adorns my feast-until Love’s secret slips
From her, as from the candle’s tongue of flame,
Though I, the singèd moth, for very shame,
Dare not extol Love’s light without eclipse.

Red wine I worship, and I worship her–
Speak not to me of anything beside,
For nought but these on earth or heaven I care.
What though the proud narcissus flowers defied
Thy shining eyes to prove themselves more bright,
Yet heed them not! those that are clear of sight
Follow not them to whom all light’s denied.

Before the tavern door a Christian sang
To sound of pipe and drum, what time the earth
Awaited the white dawn, and gaily rang
Upon mine ear those harbingers of mirth:
‘If the True Faith be such as thou dost say,
Alas! my Hafiz, that this sweet To-day
Should bring unknown To-morrow to the birth!’

Darshan = Visual language of Silence

God is a visual language of silence

images

One afternoon after lunch as I was coming out from my friend’s home

in Saket in New Delhi noticed a very fine and famous monument ……..

Qutab Minar  ….a UNESCO World Heritage site .. ….

association of brain memory suggest that a very dear friend

and a fine photo artist has a studio near by …….

so decided to call as I visit him once in a blue moon …….

he was delighted to hear me and asked me to come so visited him …..

reaching his office ……. looked at each other  for few moments ……

there were a TV crew to interview him

and

I also was pressed for time for a music concert in the evening ……..

asked his permission to leave so he asked …..

why did I visited him for such short time ?……

usually it will last long hours ……

so replied ….. for your DARSHAN …….

so he asked what is DARSHAN …….

replied him …… visual language of silence …..

krishnabalaram

Darśana (also Darśan or Darshan; Sanskrit: दर्शन) is a term meaning “sight”

In the sense “to see with reverence and devotion,”

and could refer either to a vision of the divine

or to being in the presence of a highly revered person.

“By doing darshan properly a devotee develops affection for God,

and

God develops affection for that devotee.”

Darshan is ultimately difficult to define,

since it is an event in consciousness—

an interaction in presence between devotee and God/guru;
or
between devotee and image or sculpture,

which focuses and calls out the consciousness of the devotee.

In either event, a heightening of consciousness or spirituality is the intended effect.

Hari Anant Hari Katha Ananta

Kahahi Sunahi Bahu Vidhi Sab Santa

Lord  (Hari) is infinite (Ananta),

and

so are the stories (Katha) about his glory

All learned seers (Santa) narrate (kahahi) these

and

listen (sunahi) to them in many different ways (bahu vidhi)

ram footnote :

Since all creative languages comes out from silence ……

everyone has own choice and medium of expression and explanations…….

so have your own language …… it can be dance , vocal music , instrumental music , painting , poetry , writing , watching , talking , walking and any thing of our own choice …… all as prayer of divine ….. all with silence ……. all in totality …… all in oneness …… to understand this visual language ….. as

सत्यम शिवम सुंदरम =

Satyam Shivam Sundram

which means God is truth …… truth is God ……

and

God is beauty …….. the essence of visual language of silence

love all.
