Ek Omkar

Good and God’s morning ……. as praying to rising SUN …. a eternal word of a great saint GURU NANAK DEV echoed in my being and that is …….

Ek
Omkar

(MOOL MANTRA – root mantra) of the sacred text (Jap) written

by Baba Nanak Dev.

This passage allows one to focus energy to the inner self. It connects the outside world to the inside.

These passage is not only a prayer, but a practical guide to Conscious living, an inspiration for all of us to experience the beauty of Grace and to have a complete Cosmic experience.

There is A Universal Sound resonating as the Absolute Truth.
This creative force is without fear and prejudice, Transcends mortality and reincarnation,
Become this Truth, allow Grace to unveil your Darkness.||

Jap || Recount And Meditate:||

The Mool Mantra

by

Guru Nanak Dev

begins with

Ik Onkar or Ek OMkar, Satnam,

There is One Sound in all, Transcending Everything.

Transcend the Mind and the Universe is yours –

Guru Nanak Dev ji.

The great Guru, mystic, sage, philospher and poet, who during his time was known as Baba Nanak Dev was born in Talwandi (now) Nankana, Pakistan in 1469.

Over a span of twenty years, Baba Nanak Dev made four separate yatras – journeys, traveling extensively throughout Asia, from the core center of Hindus along the river Ganges at Hardwaar to the revered home of the Muslims, Mecca.

Baba Nanak Dev lived harmoniously with nature till the age of 70.

His writings reflect experiences of the beauty in the cosmos, love, compassion ways to overcome suffering to live a peaceful and compassionate life.

He also showed us ways to resolve the conflict of duality in our minds by understanding and balancing the five great emotional states: desire, anger, greed, attachment and pride. To him material security was always transient and dispensable, but spiritual security always consistent and was not effected with time.

prayer to thee

This is my prayer to thee,

my lord –

strike, strike

at the root of penury in my heart.

Give me the strength lightly to bear my joys and sorrows.

Give me the strength to make my love fruitful in service.

Give me the strength never to disown the poor

or

bend my knees before insolent might.

Give me the strength to raise my mind high above daily trifles.

And give me the strength to surrender my strength to thy will with love.

Rabindranath Tagoreα[›]β[›] About this sound pronunciation (help·info) (Bengali: রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর; 7 May 1861 – 7 August 1941),γ[›] sobriquet Gurudev,δ[›] was a Bengali polymathwho reshaped his region’s literature and music. Author of Gitanjali and its “profoundly sensitive, fresh and beautiful verse”,[2] he became the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1913.[3] In translation his poetry was viewed as spiritual and mercurial; his seemingly mesmeric personality, flowing hair, and other-worldly dress earned him a prophet-like reputation in the West.

Raag Bhairavi

Click the link above and link below  to understand more about Bhairavi Raaga

Bhairavi

is a raaga in Indian Classical Music which is traditionally a morning Raga which I normally listen

Bhairavi raag is named after the shakti or feminine aspect of the cosmic life force, which is personified as a consort to Lord Shiva.

Bhairavi is a powerful raag filled with devotion and compassion.

lighting an oil lamp in the home temple is to show our desire to be one with the cosmic light we may refer as God so every morning at 4 A.M. and then just with this divine light in silence till 5 A.M.and then to listen fine Indian classical music whole morning

and as music is there starts making  warm water with lime and honey and Indian spice tea which  share with my wife as around 7 it is for Sun to rise … witness it …… pray to it ….. express love and gratitude to it …… for another day on Earth

recently has a chance to visit Holy place Rishikesh and staying in Parmarth Ashram on the banks of river Ganga during

Pujya Swamiji’s 60th Janam Utsav event celebrations  on November 3, 2012 who also is a true friend of humanity like this tree in the center of the Ashram …… there are four beautiful old trees and during my stay will visit them at 4 A.M. and sit near them to listen the music of wind and dance of leaves …….  tree is a symbol of friend and a true friend ….. hug a tree and hug a friend

received a hug from a dear and divine friend Michelle Miller as writing this post …..

thanks …. you are truly kind and divine   Michelle ….. love you

Michelle Miller

There are those people who penetrate our lives in such a way that makes every day a miracle. Thank you for the gift of you, my friend.

Mind of Zero

we are mixture of time bound body and timeless soul…..

mind is a fluid energy field

between

right brain ..our emotional intelligence or feminine brain representing nature of  timeless soul

and

left brain …..our logical intelligence or masculine brain representing nature of body in time……..

if we approach from micro vision of body which is modern science  then mind is complex

but

if we approach from macro vision of soul which  is spirituality then it is most simple……

In Hindi we have a word MANAN….means analysis this is micro vision and very complex

and

other word is NAMAN ….means surrender to the wish of God….macro vision and very simple…

choice is ours…..

love all.

Why goodness is God ?

there are four stages which are to be followed to transform Goodness  into God ……

inform , uniform , perform and transform ……

inform is the knowledge or information about any thing and in my opinion is worth $ one only …..

uniform is to understands the knowledge by judgement of good and bad and this step is worth $ 100 only …

perform is to put that understanding into action and that is worth $ 100000….

and transform is to bring that good performance or totality into habit or nature of our being and that is invaluable as life …..

so there are two O in good …..one O represent our body and another O represent soul ….

transformation is oneness of body and soul and that is totality and two O merge to become one O so good becomes God …..

totality of every action is goodness with God …. or sat chit anand or absolute bliss with every breath ……

make every breath a prayer ….. every work a worship ……

and love all.

Creative Enlightenment

a logical or masculine mind of learning centers in head…..

a emotional or feminine mind of understanding centers in heart……..

a neutral mind or innocent child mind of eternal happiness centers in naval…..

return to be always a innocent child inside….

whether women or men outside….

this return is peaceful….

it is the flow of nature……

the continue cycle of creation and destruction in time …….

witness this remaining in the center with source is enlightenment…

love all.
