47 years of Togetherness

Life is a journey and destination together so is a life partner ,

What exactly is a life partner ?

Life partner is a meaning to life , a meaning which expands our horizon to look beyond physical horizons , a process of togetherness to travel in time totality  , a hope and strength during  roller coaster of fortunes , a companion and compass to show and guide on the unknown frontiers .

mitu

Ram been lucky to find a fine lady whom I call “Mitu ” off course her name is Mithlesh and our journey of togetherness started on 15 Feb 1976 and today we complete 47 years of blissful bondage to each other .

In our Indian tradition marriage is a sacred knot which one ties not just for one life but for seven more life to come , but this feeling only becomes true when one looks beyond physical realm into spiritual reality ,

Same tradition percolates in mind , heart and souls of all loving couples of this world .

we are one such couple who wants to meet each other again and again and again .

Love all.

p.s. ….  life is a flow of time where we start two in a boat and as we flow with time our children and grand children make this life meaningful , happy and blissful.

Good Leader

A leader is best
When people barely know he exists

Of a good leader, who talks little,
When his work is done, his aim fulfilled,

They will say, “We did this ourselves.

Gratitude Bath

Good and God’s morning …..

this morning while walk in the nearby garden , Moon is still there and little dark ….but after some time there comes a time when light and darkness is in equilibrium

It is regarded that prayers made at this time reach directly to the God. Early Morning Shloka (Sloka) is given here which also serves as the first prayer of the day to the almighty.

कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मिः करमध्ये सरस्वति ।
करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ॥
Karaagre Vasate Lakssmih Karamadhye Sarasvati |
Karamuule Tu Govindah Prabhaate Karadarshanam ||

Meaning:
The front part of the hands (the finger tips) is credited to Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth….

The middle part or palm is credited to Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of learning……

and the root (the part of hand near the wrist) to Govinda or divine God …

So, every morning, one should have a reverent look at one’s hand which represents sincere labor or worship of work ….

what exactly one do is rub both hands lightly and then with both palms cover both eyes ….. rubbing 2 or 3 times the hands …. the effect it has inside is equilibrium between objective brain and subjective brain …..

and this equilibrium of horizontal dimension of time which is linear between past and future and vertical dimension of timelessness brings us to a dimension of now or present which we can feel but can not put into words ….

to feel this presence without words is true meditation and art of seeing the beauty of divine …..

seeing the first ray of sunlight and as sun comes on the horizon ….our whole family will fold our hands in gratitude to Sun God …..so almost 30 years ago my elder son asked me ….. father does you think Sun is God ?…..

I replied …..God or no God does not matter …..who ever do good to you is God ….. so for me Sun is God ……. Earth is God ….. every atom is God ….you are God …..your mother is God …

with this sincere prayer for earth …

Samudravasane Devi Parvatastanamandale,
Vishhnupatni Namastubhyam Paadasparsham Kshamasva Me

I bow to Mother Earth, who has mountains and jungles on her body and whose clothing is made by the ocean. The wife of Lord Vishnu, please pardon me for touching you with my feet.

what a way to have a Gratitude Bath …Wisdom of scientific and spiritual way of  living civilization …. I call it Sanatana Dharma ……. the Law Of Eternal Zero

with love and gratitude to everything and to all my divine friends and world family …

love all…

Carol of the Bells

Carol of the Bells

Hark! how the bells
Sweet silver bells
All seem to say,
“Throw cares away.”
Christmas is here
Bringing good cheer
To young and old
Meek and the bold

Ding, dong, ding, dong
That is their song
With joyful ring
All caroling
One seems to hear
Words of good cheer
From ev’rywhere
Filling the air

Oh how they pound,
Raising the sound,
O’er hill and dale,
Telling their tale,
Gaily they ring
While people sing
Songs of good cheer
Christmas is here
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas

On, on they send
On without end
Their joyful tone
To ev’ry home

Eveready : Last word of an Enlightened Mother

It is certainly not an overstatement that Torch and battery cells and Eveready have been synonymous with each other in India for over a century.

So in Year 1957 we also had a torch and batteries as a precious possession in our large family of many brothers and sisters .

one day as I was cleaning the torch and cells…. my mother asked what is on the cells written and what is this logo ?

so explained her in simple understandable words as she could do primary education only.

Eveready = Cat ever ready to drink Milk ( it was very common in 1950 – 1960 that cats will drinks milk from the open kitchens as refrigerators were not there . )

Asked her one day on her habit of regular bath year around morning and one before going to bed ?

This body is like a car from the God and I drive it everyday so always keep it clean inside and outside

Do not know ….when God want it back…..

So I am also like your battery cells….. Eveready

was her reply .

In Summer of year 2001 , me and my wife travelled to New York USA. as my elder son was graduating from Parsons School of Design . My wife decided to stay back with my son to travel around USA. both returned to India in first week of June 2001.

When she went to touch my mother’s feet for her blessings …..my mother told her….now you have come so it is my time to go and now I am already 82 so invite all family for Lunch on 7 June 2001.

on 7 th morning she was well but was in contemplation . At around 1 o’clock she asked every one to go and have lunch in Main Building in our Haveli.

….. and when all returned from the lunch it was almost her lunch time .

so I went and touched  her hands to enquire about lunch   and she opened her eyes looked at me…..looked at the picture of Lord Vishnu on the wall and told me……eveready…..and closed her eyes for ever.

In my opinion she was truly a spiritual and a person of 360° Enlightenment.

with tears of love on Her Death Anniversary as per Hindu Calendar.

Great saint Kabir’s bhajans ….Jhini jhini Chadriya….in the voice of Great maestro Kumar Gandharva’s eternal voice truly is picture of Her life.

Love all.

Secrets of religion

Na main bheth mazhab da paaya
Ne main aadam havva jaaya
Na main apna naam dharaaya
Na vich baitthan na vich bhaun

Secrets of religion, I have not known
From Adam and Eve, I am not born
I am not the name I assume
Not in stillness, nor on the move

Bulleya Ki jaana main Kaun
Bulleya! to me, I am not known

Bulleya Ki Jaana Main Kaun! – Happy Ho

Finance and Fiancée

Finance and fiancée both are Handle with Care Subjects.

Finance Management of earning is learning.

Everyone who wants to live with the fiancée happy life , should learn it at the stage of friendship only .

Finance , Family , Food ,and future all are important matters which need careful budgeting , spending and saving .

Quarterly Finance management in my view should be that you divide your earning in four quarters .

First quarter for Home 0r housing .

Second Quarter for Food .

Third Quarter for Family (Clothing and children education and misc }

Fourth Quarter as Saving

Yesterday my younger Son who explained me difference between ” Access to Money “ and ” Excess of Money ”

Credit Card is an ” Access to Money ” and Debit Card is an ” Excess of Money ”

Careful budgeting , Careful spending with in Budget in cash or with Debit card and extra careful saving is key to happy Life with fiancée as loving wife.

Availing Access to money in any means is mortgaging of one’s future , live within the present means is freedom of Life.

Be in Excess of Money yet with strict budgeting and Be with your Honey happily ever after.

Treat Finance as Fiancée for better Future.

Music is Bliss rain

It has been moderate raining in Jaipur continuously since last night , so was listening Raga Malhar this morning , for a music lover it is not rain …… absolutely Bliss Rain.

In India, the ancient tradition that links nature and mankind is reflected in music that goes back 5,000 years. Certain melodies and rhythms, known as ragas, were to be played at certain times of the day, or during different seasons.

In February, 1977, as the first sound healer to go public, I was invited to meet one of India’s living treasures and master musicians, Dr. Sunil K. Bose, who was lecturing and performing a concert. He invited me onstage, and magic happened.

The focus of the concert was a guided meditation by producer Harriet Shaw to invoke rain during the 1977 drought.

Astoundingly, with no rain in the forecast, it rained shortly thereafter!

Steven Halpern

The Rain Raga Intention Experiment 1977

Music reflects cosmic laws and it is attuned to energies of the universe in which we live.

The Indian Classical Music Raga-Time relationship can be explained on the basis of the rotation of the Earth around the Sun.

The position of the Sun with respect to the Earth varies with time, leading to differential warming of the Earth’s atmosphere at different timings of the day.

Consequently, the atmosphere is set to distinct frequencies, which is in accordance with the heat-energy received by Earth.

When melodic frequencies or notes of a raga match atmospheric frequencies, the result is pleasing, mesmerising and magical.

Music, itself has originated from the naturally occurring primordial sound, ‘OM’.

Raga Megh /Ustd Rashid Khan/ Garaje Ghata

An ancient Indian tradition inspired musicians to sing Malhar Raga to invoke the Rain God. It is a Prayer to all the five basic elements of the universe –earth, sky, wind, fire and water — because rain formation involves all these elements.

Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty || Raag Miyan ki Malhar ||

The prayer is for protection, conservation and preservation of nature.
