Yesterday while Traveling stopped for Tea , near this village Tea stall , I could spot this ” Old Step Well ” , which was a Water Source in last century and before.
It is a Master piece of Engineering , Architecture ,and Aesthetics , and with Beautiful Conversation Spaces on two Levels where ladies of the village will rest and converse after carrying the heavy water pots on their Head with happiness , singing while going up and down and making their journey with Grace .
It also served as a Traveler’s INN for rest during Hot Day .
I wish People of that village will realize the value of their Heritage and Culture and this Well of quality life.
Step up and down with Happiness in the Well Of life is Message of this Silent Monument .
