In India Tuesday is dedicated to Lord HANUMAN …… the wind God ….. wind is most important thing for us to be alive and going to the temple and observing many rituals ……. many time people say ….. there are so many rituals in Hinduism but most of the time we can not realize how much hidden  scientific and spiritual wisdom help us for continuous health and happiness …. so will share that hidden wisdom behind these rituals …..
